Lab Exercise 1

Topic 1: Getting Started with Adobe Dreamweaver

Prerequisites:

1. Sign-up for the Adobe Create Cloud Student subscription

2. Install Adobe Create Cloud Desktop and the install Adobe Dreamweaver

Requirements:

1.   Launch Adobe Dreamweaver. Follow the step-by-step demo instructions in the Topic 1 lecture presentation (slides 24 - 25)

2.   Create a New Web Page:   Follow the step-by-step demo instructions in the Topic 1 lecture presentation (slides 9-11)

3.  Open the Properties Inspector panel and dock the panel at bottom of the Dreamweaver Workspace Window. Follow the step-by-step demo instructions in the Topic 1 lecture presentation (slides 30-31)

4.  Click on the Starter Template and select Basic-Multi Column. Change the H1 heading title to your name + Book Store. Follow the step-by-step demo instructions in the Topic 1 lecture presentation (slides 28-29).

5. Attached is the sample of the Dreamweaver Workspace showing the html document.

NOTE: No need to save the html document.
